“Crafting Memories, One Invitation at a Time.”
Custom Invitations
At my studio, I specialize in crafting personalized wedding invitation suites that capture the essence of your love story. My process begins with a heartfelt conversation, where I listen closely to your vision, preferences, and unique journey as a couple. Collaborating closely with you, the bride, I weave together your personalities and stories into beautifully designed wedding invitations, RSVP cards, and more. From elegant calligraphy to vibrant illustrations, I infuse every element with your style, ensuring that each piece is a true reflection of your love.
My goal is to make your dreams come to life on paper and set the tone for your special day. I invite you to reach out to me, whether you're planning an intimate celebration or a grand extravaganza, so I can start discussing how to bring your wedding invitation ideas to fruition. Let's embark on this creative journey together and make your future wedding a cherished memory from the very beginning.

The Process ~
Consultation & Proposal
You’ve looked around my website & Instagram feed and you like what you see. The next step is setting up a time to chat to make sure we’re the perfect fit for one another.
I understand every couple has different needs and wants, let’s chat about yours, so I can create a custom proposal and timeline for you with just what you want.
Date Booked
Once your custom proposal and timeline is good to go, you can sign your wedding stationery agreement and pay your retainer. Now you are officially a Simply Noted Paperie couple.
I will email you a link to our forms to gather your wedding information to create your design concept including your wording and etiquette tailored just for you.
Design Concept & Wording
After chatting about your wedding vision, likes and dislikes, I bring together all the details to create your design proposal. Your design proposal includes aesthetic description, mood board, color palette, and hand-drawn sketches of your invitation suite.
Your approval kicks off the real fun — bringing your vision to life with the full design of your wedding invitation suite.
Design & Revisions
You will receive the first proof of your wedding invitation suite as a digital mockup. Just like the picture to the left — to visualize your suite as a whole, plus individual images of each piece for your to review in greater detail and provide feedback.
All custom designs receive Unlimited proofs (most couples only use two). During this process, you can add embellishments like wax seals, ribbons, vellum wraps, and more to bring together your perfect wedding invitation suite.
Final Approval
You are in love with your wedding invitation design and sign off on the final print approval. Sit back and relax as I take care of the rest.
I send your designs to professional printers who specialize in wedding stationery who take pride in producing each piece with care and precision.
My favorite part of the process — Opening up the box from the printer to give a final inspection for quality and consistency throughout all your pieces.
Day of Stationery
Elevate your wedding day to perfection with our comprehensive day-of stationery services. From ceremony programs to place cards, we ensure every detail aligns seamlessly with your theme and vision, creating a cohesive and unforgettable look for your special day. Let us take care of the finer points, so you can savor every moment of your wedding with confidence and style.
Ask us during your consultation about our day of stationery process. The design process is the same as the process for your wedding invitations with completion about a week before your wedding day.
